Attending a conference is an excellent way to meet other Christian teachers, recharge the spiritual batteries and to develop your understanding of being a Christian teacher. There are several organised each year. Consult the web sites for further details.

The National Christian Teachers' Conference is an annual conference for teachers, including NQTs, student teachers and classroom assistants. It is residential, but day delegates are welcome. The conference takes place over a weekend in the autumn term, usually early September. It is organised by the Association of Christian Teachers (ACT), Scripture Union (SU), The Stapleford Centre and The Independent Schools Christian Alliance (TISCA). The aim of the conference is to support Christians in education with good quality INSET and to provide a forum for them to meet and share their common experiences in the classroom and the staffroom in the light of their Christian values.

The National Christian Headteachers' Conference is an annual conference for everyone in school leadership. It is organised by an independent committee of Head teachers. It provides Christians in school leadership with a time of fellowship, and the opportunity to share work experiences in a Christian environment with good quality speakers on current educational issues.

The Stapleford Centre Annual Education Conference takes place on the first weekend of January each year. It is an international conference aimed at those interested in applying Christian beliefs and values to educational thinking.
