You also confirm that the form has been completed appropriately with accurate information, and that you are at least 16 years old.
The data you provide will be held by the Stapleford Centre, and will not be passed to any third parties, other than those helping to organise the event for which you have applied, on a need-to-know basis.
Your personal details will not be held by any third parties after the event for which you have applied.
The Stapleford Centre will use the information you have provided to contact you about the event for which you have applied, and may contact you in the future about similar events / activities.
